Retained recruitment usually works with a sole recruiter or recruitment agency that will not only exclusively work on your vacancy but fully commit time and resources to filling it as a priority. They will continue to work on your vacancy until it is filled.
You will initially pay an engagement fee (retainer) upfront, which is usually 1/3 of the overall fee. Some recruiters tend to ask for another 1/3 when submitting a candidate; however, at Trusted Recruiter, we only receive the remaining balance upon placement.
