We review your current hiring process along with past experiences and data. How RPO Works: Cost and Process

You would pay an initial upfront fee upon engagement, followed by a monthly payment towards the day-to-day resourcing for your business. The cost depends on the size of the company and the number of vacancies following a 6-month review. We handle all of your recruitment, from initial screening to arranging interviews with hiring managers, taking part in the interviews (subject to the type of agreement), and completing referencing checks for successful employees.

In short, we handle all your recruitment needs over a long period without requiring you to employ in-house recruiters or rely on hiring managers to spend time recruiting. This includes all positions, regardless of level and skills.
