From time to time, where a further career and employment related opportunity for the user is identified, we may contact you to request permission to pass your details on to the relevant 3rd parties.  Unless otherwise requested, we retain your personal data for up to 3 years.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk, and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
