Customer Service Administrator

The Job
Based from the office/warehouse in Redhill you will be responsible for a range of administrative and hands on duties including Answering some technical telephone queries and enquiries, supporting with stock movements around the warehouse, booking in returns, packing and invoice generation, organising shipping with couriers, Stocktaking and more. Hours are Monday to Friday starting at 9am -5pm and would consider allowing for 3:30pm school pick up if required
The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have experience of working with CRM systems Zoho preferable but not essential, good communication skills as dealing with elderly customers by phone, basic Microsoft knowledge
The Salary
Salary of £25k-£26k, pension and 25 days holiday
