Full-time Business Development and Training Manager
Location: Nationwide – Midlands based
Salary up to £44k + £10k realistic OTE Uncapped Commission
The Client: One of the most successful care brands in the UK. Manufacturer of high-quality, reputable care and bathing products established over 25 years as a recognised brand. This is a rapidly growing privately owned business.
The Job
Primarily based from home. You will be building relationships mostly with Occupational Therapists to raise awareness of the company’s different types of training and the importance of this, including new regulations, etc., and then delivering the training across the country, initially mostly in the South. This could be training on bathing, hygiene, lifting, or regulations all relating to the company’s products. As part of this role, you will be sharing leads with the sales team, of which you will earn a commission on any invoices generated. Initially covering southern England until 2026 and then being responsible for the northern region of the UK. You could be training anywhere from 5-100 people at any one time. Organising these training sessions 5-8 months in advance.
The Ideal Candidate
Most importantly, you have the right personality and the ability to speak to large audiences, you do not necessarily need to have training experience but anyone from a healthcare background would be advantageous. Must be willing to travel
The Salary
Base Salary of £42k – £44k + £10k realistic OTE uncapped commission paid monthly on invoice, Company Car, Fuel card, Hotel Card
