Sales and Business Development Manager
LOCATION: West Yorkshire (Office Based)
Our Client is a fast growing company which has been established for over 10 years, that provides high quality stairlifts to customers throughout the UK and Worldwide. They pride themselves on their excellent customer service and product knowledge, which has contributed to the professional reputation they have.
You will be Sourcing new and existing dealers within the stairlift industry, and will expected to organise regular meetings over the phone and also face to face with dealers in the industry .You will be selling to trade dealer networks within this role. You will need to attend dealer and technical training days in order to provide your team with specific product knowledge. To be able to prioritise your day and manage expectations from dealers. The delivery of budgets and sales forecasts will also be expected on a weekly basis. On occasions there will be a need to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
You will have 3-5 years experience selling into the trade market and have an understanding of the sales process in selling to a dealer network.. Account Management skills is highly advantageous. You will have excellent French and Italian speaking skills, and have Strong communication skills in co-operating with new and existing dealers, and also good knowledge of CRM systems ,including Sage 200 CRM systems. You will be organised and possess a positive and professional attitude. .You must be a strong leader and work to a professional standard to drive yourself and your team forward in the business .It would be advantageous if you have your own dealer network, to encourage new opportunities in the business. You will communicate with all levels in the industry, including tradesmen and directors. A full clean driving licence is also required.
Salary £30k,OTE £40k,uncapped,Car Allowance, Company Pension,24 days holiday.
